The RMA form is primarily intended to expedite warranty processing.
The information will be sent to OIXIO Customer Service, who will contact you and provide further instructions.
Fill out the RMA form in the case of:
- if you wish to send a Dell device to warranty repair by courier or post;
- if your device has a Dell Basic or ProSupport on-site warranty and you would like us to initiate a Dell warranty claim.
NB! In order to carry out the on-site guarantee, the conditions must be guaranteed - a 100 x 70 cm table surface with lighting and the possibility of sitting. If the technician comes to you on-site during the warranty procedure and it turns out that the problem is not covered by the warranty (liquid damage, physical injury, software problem or other non-warranty factor), the customer is obliged to pay for the technician's departure and working hours.
